
Bhubaneswar/01.02.12 : The RTI Central Monitoring Mechanism (RTI CMM) of the State Government has been declared the winner of silver award in the Best Government Portal category of National Award on e-Governance 2011-12.
The award would be received by the Nodal Officer of RTI, Commissioner-cum-Secretary of Information and Public Relations Department from Hon’ble Governor of Odisha, Sri Muralidhar Chandrakant Bhandare during the 15th National Conference on e-Governance 2011-12 on February 9- 10 to be held at KIIT Auditorium, Bhubaneswar.
All awardees for National Award on e-Governance 2011-12 have been published in the website (www.darpg.gov.in) of Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances today.
However, these awards have institutionalized by the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances to recognize and promote excellence in implementation of e-governance initiatives in the country every year. And the 15th National Conference on e-Governance is being convened at KIIT Auditorium, KIIT University Campus, Bhubaneswar, Odisha on 9th-10th February 2012 under the joint auspices of the Department of Administrative Reforms & Public Grievances and Department of Information Technology, Government of India along with Department of Information Technology, Government of Odisha.
