 Procedure Followed in Decision Making Process

[Section-4 (1) (b) (iii)] 

  1. All proposals, letters and applications are received by the Diarists and submitted promptly to Commissioner-cum-Secretary/Joint/Deputy Secretary for perusal and orders.
  2. After perusal of receipts by above officers the same are sent to the Section officer for allotment of work to the respective Assistants on the next day.
  3. The Dealing Assistants are normally put up these cases with reference to previous papers to the Section officers within 3 days. The urgent matters are put of instantly.
  4. The Section officer after detail scrutiny with reference to relevant Act/ Rules /instructions put up the same for orders to the A.F.A.-Cum-Under Secretary.
  5. A.F.A-Cum-Under Secretary again examined the proposals/cases with reference to financials and other relevant financial Rules/procedures and submits the same to Joint/Deputy Secretary for necessary orders/advise.
  6. The Joint/Deputy Secretary on perusal of records disposes as creation matters as per delegation of powers. Matters requiring attention/intervention of Commissioner-cum- Secretary and Government are submitted by him for approval and orders.
  7. The Commissioner-cum-Secretary normally passes orders in files for follow up action. However, in case where Government orders necessary as per Rules of Business are submitted for needful.
  8. After final orders, the same are sent back to Director for execution /implementation in suitable cases.
