dear sir... i am not satisfied in your view about the development of ST SC and OBC category. now i am a student of engg. and i know how my family is struggling for educating me. their is no any scholarship for OBC student for higher education. i want to ask you the question why we OBC are not t on the scholarship. where in the other states like Bihar,Madhya Pradesh,Maharastra are giving their student full scholarship. For this reason so many OBC student not fulfill their dreams. Sir i request you to kindly focus on my issue.. please sir.. it is a humble request. if any decision u take on this than please inform me sir..
