Council consists of Twenty members including the Chairman and the Dy.Chairman of whom fifteen members shall be persons representing Scheduled Tribes in the State Legislature,two members shall be persons representing Scheduled Tribes in the Parliament and one prominent Tribal representative is a member, where Chairman is the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Orissa and the Dy.Chairman is the Minister in charge of Tribal Development of the state of Orissa.
