Note:- All the Engineering Divisions under the control of R.D. Department, both Rural Works and Rural Water Supply & Sanitation Organisation, functioning at the district level and all the offices of Superintending Engineers under the control of Rural Development Department at Circle level have been declared as Public Authority in terms o Section 2(h) of the Right to Information Act, 2005.All the Executive Engineers heading the Divisions at the district level and the Superintending Engineers heading the Circles at the Circle level have been designated as 1st Appellate Aughority and they have been advised to designate one officer each as Public Information Officer and another officer as Asst. Public Information Officer at the level of Divisions/Circles who shall received the applications from public and supply the required sa per provisions of.
