Norms for Discharge of Functions

Various functions of the Department are discharged in accordance with relevant Acts, Rules, Circulars and Resolution, Guidelines etc. issued from time to time. Some of such Act and Rules, Circulars, Instructions etc. are OPWD Code, PMGSY Guidelines and Manual, Total Sanitation Guidelines, Rural Roads Manual, Swajaldhara Guidelines, ARWSP Guidelines etc. Besides the above general Acts and Rules which we follow are Orissa Service Code, Government Servant's Conduct Rules, OAT Rules, OGFR, Budget Manual and Treasury Code etc.
