  1. The provisions of Orissa Secretariat Instruction & Rules of Business.
  2. Relevant Rules of Secretariat Instructions & Guidelines of Government from time to time are being followed.
  3. By Post, Phone, Fax, E-mail, website & Special messengers
  4. Under Secretary and Addl. Secretary & Govt. as may be required under Rules as per the delegation of  power.
