Related to Seeking Information:

The Department has engaged different PIOs for providing information relating to different Branches. Once an RTI application is filed, it is received at the end of PIO (Nodal) of this Department who transfers the RTI application to respective PIO who transfers the same to concerned PIO within the Department, when application relates to some other Department, the RTI application is transferred to the other PIO outside the Department.

Relating to issuance of NOC:

Certificate No objection certificate (NOC) etc issued by the public Authority not included in manual-13. The department, on being certified, issues No Objection Certificates in favour of a lessee of Government land when the lessee and the Bank apply for it.

Details of any other public Services provided by the Public authority:

The Department also provides services like conversion of lease hold to freehold on specified terms and conditions as contained in the guideline prepared for the purpose. The guideline is available at the reception counter of the secretariat on payment of Rs. l00/- in cash.
