Agency of Plantation The business of the company is managed by the MD.OFDC as per the directives of the Board & the Chairman and regulated as per the provision laid down on the memorandum and articles of Association in general as per its clause 10.1 in pursuance of the directives issued by Govt.of Orissa from time to time. (Annexure-I  see the page no. 3) The Board has 12 official Directors and 2 Non official Directors. Chairman, OFDC is the Head of the body A/84, Kharabela Nagar, Bhubaneswar-751001. Branches are all over Orissa.There are 4 zonal Offices (Details are annexed at Annexure-II see the page no. 6) Meetings are held quarterly as perthe provisions of the companies Act.
