Particulars of Facilities Available to Citizens for Obtaining Information 

[Section-4(1)(b) (xv)]

Means, methods or facilitation available to the public which are adopted by the department for dissemination of information; Like:

• Office Library - exists in the Department.
• Drama & Shows - Consumer Awareness Programme.
• Through News Paper - Achievements of Government in different schemes/ for different functions are published in newspapers at intervals for creating public awareness, take advantage of the schemes.
• Exhibitions -
• Notice Board - Notifications, Notice, Tender etc. are shown on the Notice Board of Department for information and due response of the public.
• Inspection of records in the Office - As per RTI Act public may inspect records at office.
• System of issuing copies of documents - On registration under RTI Act, the document can be provided.
• Printed Manual - Printed manual laws, regulations, scheme, guidelines, instructions of Government State be available and have been web-hosted.
• Website of P.A - Rules and regulations, achievements and many other information have been floated in Website (http://orissagov.nic.in/foodsupplies/index.htm ) of the Department.
• Other means of advertising - advertised in TVs/ Radio/ Gramsat and other electronic/print media alongwith schemes and achievements.
