Sanction of expenditure in respect of continuing schemes, Finance Commission awards and their timely utilization etc.

Sanction of journey outside the State, other than the air, excepting officers of Deputy Director / equivalent rank and above, Counter signature of TA particulars of Group-'A' officers and sanction of journey inside the State of Group-'A'& 'B' officers, Sanction of halt more than 30 days both outside & inside of the State, Vigilance & CBI cases of Group-'D' employees, Sanction of EB/TBA of Group-'A' & 'B' officers excepting the Joint Directors and above, Accounts & Rules of procedure, Permission for higher studies of Group-'B' and above officers, Sanction of HBA, Motor Cycle, moped & medical advance of Group-'A' & 'B' officers, Permanency of Gazetted & Non-Gazetted posts, Permission to stay outside the headquarters to Group-'C' & 'D' employees, Confirmation of all officers, Sanction of leave to officers of Group-'B' and above, Sanction of unutilized leave to all employees of Secretariat Establishment, Posting, transfer, deputation & disciplinary proceedings of Group-'C' employees, Appointment, promotion, seniority of Group-'D' employees, Fixation of pay & stepping up of pay of Group-'A' officers other than pay fixed under Rule -74 (b) of OSC, Expunction of adverse remarks in the CCRs of Group-'C' employees, Sanction of GPF of Group-'B' and above officers, Sanction & sign pension documents, Sanction of leave to all officers, Civil suit, writ petitions except where matters of policy are involved, approval of PWC etc.
