Other procedures adopted for formal and informal consultations with the public may also be indicated such as Baghdadi, Jan Sunvai, interaction with resident welfare associations, etc. Other details whether the meetings are open to public, minutes are accessible to public etc may also be indicated.

A committee has been constituted in each district, as required under Electricity Act,2005.

a) To co-ordinate and review the extension of Electrification in each district.
b) To review the quality of Power Supply and consumer satisfaction.
c) To promote energy efficiency and its conservation.
