Welcome to RTI CMM

The state RTI Portal of Government of Orissa is a web based centralized system to monitor RTI implementation in the entire State. In this system all the Departments & subordinate offices are given with an user ID & password to manage their proactive disclosure information, RTI applications and appeals. Citizen will be able to make online RTI applications and appeals to any public authority in the State through this system. The Information Seeker (Citizen) can check his/her online RTI application and appeal status.   More

RTI Central Monitoring Mechanism(CMM) named as "Loka Soochana" is a Central Monitoring Mechanism by Govt. of Orissa to ensure the implementation of Right To Information for all public authorities related to Govt. of Orissa. This is developed with an objective to provide single point access of all RTI related information catering to section 4[1][b], section 25 of RTI ACT, 2005 in an uniform manner. This project is monitored by Department of Information & Public Relations,Govt. of Orissa [Nodal Department of Govt. of Orissa for RTI Implementation] in collaboration with Luminous Infoways.
